Hi! We're Natalie and Hai, a husband and wife team that loves to eat instant noodles. We currently reside in Sydney Australia and we've been eating instant noodles for over twenty years! We coined the phrase "It's Noodle Time" for a time where Hai will stay up late at night due to his shift-work and cook a bowl of instant noodles for his dinner while I slept for my 9-5 office job. Hai would then wake me up in the middle of the night so I can eat some of his meal (he often let me have the first taste) and I would sleepily eat a few bites of instant noodles before I went back to sleep. It is a very comforting thing to go back to sleep with a belly full of warm soup.
Hai is convinced he could whisper the phrase "its Noodle Time" and I'd instantly wake up without fail. I like to say otherwise.
It has become something we do so regularly that Hai has included it in his wedding vows to me to always wake me up for "Noodle Time".
Fast forward two years and a honeymoon holiday to Japan we decided to create this blog to document our Noodle adventures. We hope you enjoy and can share our love for all types of delicious noodles.
